Jing Well Supports SOPA Strike

Tuesday, January 17th, 2012

January 18th, 2012 is the largest online protest in history, to stop the internet censorship bills, SOPA & PIPA. Jing Well supports this action and urges you to contact your federal representative. Over coming days it is our hope that they will be hearing from the many businesses, advocacy organizations, and ordinary Americans who oppose this corporate, fascist legislation because of the myriad ways in which it will stifle free speech and innovation.

New Location – Near Hwy 100 & Bluemound

Tuesday, September 13th, 2011

It’s been a bit of an odd summer, with a last-minute decision to accept an invitation to join a new location in the middle of July and a mishap a month later just as the practice was settling in there.

Acupuncturist Joseph Cannariato broke his wrist in a freak accident at a family event in the middle of August, so was forced to take some unexpected time off. He has now mastered the art of mostly one-handed needle insertion, though, so has resumed booking patients. (In this case, it paid off for him to be a lefty.)

For those of you looking for him, he’s now on the corner of 106th Street and Bluemound, across from the Zoo, and between Highway 100 and the Wheaton Franciscan Wisconsin Heart Hospital. Feel free to either call or book online to see how a treatment at Jing Well can help you.

Jing Well Makes News

Wednesday, July 28th, 2010

CBS58 Morning Anchor Asa George visited the Jing Well main clinic in West Allis on July 20, and spoke with Joseph Cannariato to gain a better understanding of acupuncture and natural medicine. Her initial series of questions will be broken into three segments, the first of which aired on Tuesday, August 3.

Joe’s goal in providing the information to the reporter was to help demystify the topic and help people who are considering alternative care to understand what’s in the realm of possibility.

Joe’s perspective as a native Milwaukeean, who understands both the urgent need for results and the skepticism in testing new solutions, put Ms. George enough at ease that she was even willing to have a few needles inserted on camera. The duo are discussing further interviews to continue to deepen public awareness of what to expect and how to work with a complementary care practitioner.
